Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 4 cloves garlic (or less, to taste)
  • 1/3 c water
  • 1/3 c lemon juice
  • 1/3 c tahini
  • 1 T ground cumin

Directions

  1. Grind all ingredients together in a food processor until smooth.

  2. If mix is too stiff, add more water/lemon.

  3. Adjust cumin and garlic to taste.

  4. Garnish with your choice of toppings: Olive oil, paprika, pine nuts, chopped parsley etc...
