Substitute for Heavy Cream

Yields: 1 cup heavy cream substitute

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c milk
  • 1/3 c butter

Directions

  1. On the stovetop, melt the butter.

  2. Pour in the milk slowly, while mixing.

  3. Use in place of heavy cream.
