When Jeff and I first had this dish, we cooked it two more times within the next two weeks.
Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add sausages; saute until brown, breaking into loose meat with a fork- about five minutes.
Add peppers and onion; saute until soft and onions are golden brown- about 13 minutes.
Stir in majoram, then tomatoes.
Simmer about five minutes. (During this time, if you are using cherry tomatoes, break them open with a fork to release juices.)
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to directions and drain.
Mix pasta and sausage concoction together in a large bowl and sprinkle cheese on top. Serve.
