Adam's Rockamole

Before you begin

Additional information:
My old standby.

Ingredients

  • 4 Ripe Avocados (Hass are best) Cube and save
  • the pit.

  • 1 Red Onion (Diced)

  • 1 Bell Pepper (Diced)

  • 1 Bunch of Green Onions (Diced)

  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper (use a spoon to scrape out seeds and fiber and dice)

  • 2 Teaspoons Cumin

  • 2 Limes worth of freshly squeezed Lime Juice

  • 1 Bunch of Cilantro (leaves chopped or torn, no
  • stems)

  • 2 Fat Garlic Cloves (Minced)

  • 2-3 Chipotle Peppers (you can find them canned
  • in adobo sauce and then rinse out the seeds or
  • leave them for extra heat and mince the
  • peppers)

  • 1 Tablespoon Sea Salt

  • Tortilla Chips

Directions

  1. Cube Avocados and save the pit

  2. Put the pit in the bowl at the end to keep the

  3. Guac green or stick 3 toothpicks in the sides

  4. and submerge the bottom in a glass of water and

  5. let sprout. You then can plant your own Guac tree.

  6. Add all your ingredients (except the salt and

  7. some of the lime juice) into a large bowl and

  8. mix with a spoon just enough to evenly mix the ingredients while keeping the mixture chunky

  9. and colorful, not smooth and totally green.

  10. Add the salt and lime on the surface and eat as

  11. soon as possible. Best when fresh!

  12. So, immediately begin eating now, slacker!

  13. Enjoy!
