Artichoke Dip

I got this recipe from my sister-in-law, Elaine

Ingredients

  • 1 can of artichoke hearts,drained and chopped
  • 1 cup of mayo
  • 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 TBS of garlic powder

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and spread in a 9x13 pan.

  2. Heat in the oven until hot and bubbly- or microwave until hot.

  3. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
