Ingredients

  • 1/2 c sifted flour
  • 1 t sugar
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 c milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 T butter

Directions

  1. Combine flour, sugar and salt.

  2. Add eggs and half the milk.

  3. Beat with a rotary beater until smooth.

  4. Blend the rest of the milk and butter.

  5. Cover bowl and let rest 1 hour.

  6. Cook one at a time in a crepe pan.
