Puree garlic, ginger and 2 T oil in a blender to make a paste.
Heat oil in a skillet and brown cumin/coriander (carefully, it burns fast)
Add ginger paste to skillet and warm thru.
Add diced tomatoes with liquid
When mixture comes to a boil, add green beans and cover.
Cook beans until bright green, adding water if needed.
