In a bowl mix the peanut butter and rice krispies. Works better to do this by hand.
Then heat in a sauce pan the sugar and corn syrup until the sugar disolves.
Do not boil.
Pour the liquid over the rice krispies and mix with a spoon.
Pat the mixture into a 9x13 pan.
Then in a microwave melt all the chips. Stir often.
Spread the melted chips over the rice krispies.
Cover and refrigerate until the choc. is set.
