Prep time:
Cook time: 15 min @ 425°F
Yields:
Preheat the oven to 425.
Melt butter, stir in cocoa and sugar.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Stir in flour and vanilla.
Add egg yolks, set mixture aside.
In another bowl, whip egg whites with 1 T sugar until soft peaks form.
Fold chocolate mix into egg whites.
Pour into greased square glass baking dish.
Bake for 15 minutes or until set.
