Garlic Rose Relish

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch – chopped parsley
  • ¼ cup – chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp – vinegar
  • 1 tsp – salt
  • olive oil to cover

Directions

  1. Preparation:

  2. 1/ mix parsley, garlic, vinegar and salt.

  3. 2/ add oil to cover ingredients. Stir.

  4. 3/ cover and store in refrigerator.
