Baked Corn Casserole

Before you begin

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes @ 350* F
Yields: One 9"x13" pan

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 package Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can kernel corn (drained)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup butter, melted
  • grated cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350* F.

  2. Mix all ingredients except cheese.

  3. Place in greased casserole dish.

  4. Bake for 30 minutes.

  5. Top with grated cheese last 5-10 minutes of baking time.
