In a microwaveable bowl with a lid (I use a small casserole dish) put rice in proportion to the number of people.
Put frozen broccoli on top of rice.
Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil.
Sprinkle the ginger.
Top with sesame seeds.
Microwave, covered for one minute or until broccoli is cooked.
