Breakfast Smoothie

Before you begin

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c instant oatmeal - uncooked
  • 1 banana
  • Soymilk as needed for consistency (about 1/2 cup)

Directions

  1. Put dry oatmeal in blender, run blender until oatmeal is a powder.

  2. Add banana and soymilk and continue mixing.

  3. Enjoy.

  4. Note: mixture will thicken over time.
