Rinse cranberries and remove any stems.
Cut the top and bottom off the orange, if the peel is super thick you can zest the orange then remove the white pith.
Put the orange (plus skin or zest), cranberries and sugar into the food processor and blend until you get the consistency you like.
It tastes even better after it has sit for a little while.
