Japanese Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 package Shimeji mushrooms
  • 1 T butter
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 1 T lemon juice

Directions

  1. Add butter and mushrooms in a saute pan over medium-high heat.

  2. Add soy and lemon juice, cook until mushrooms have cooked through.

  3. Adjust proportions to taste.
