Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 8 minutes at 350 degrees F
Yields: 4 dozen

This is one of my favorite Christmas cookies. It's small, easily doubled, easily packaged, and not too sweet.
Cream butter and sugar.
Beat in chocolate, egg, and milk.
Separately mix/sift dry ingredients, then add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients to make a stiff dough.
Roll the dough into approximately 1-2 inch balls, then roll the balls in white sugar.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 8 minutes.
