This is another recipe from my Aunt Jeannettee. It makes one 9x13 pan, but the recipe can be easily halved.
Preheat oven to 350*.
Cut butter and chocolate squares into pieces and melt in metal bowl over low heat while stirring.
Remove from flame and stir in sugar, mixing well. Set aside.
Grease 9x13 pan.
Stir mixture in bowl again and add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Bake at 350* for 20 minutes or until tester comes out clean. Yum!
