Chicken Enchilada Quiche

Before you begin

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 60 minutes at 375*F
Yields: One pie

Additional information:
My sister Ginny made this for our last family gathering. Just before she was supposed to leave, she couldn't find the recipe and spent about 45 minutes looking for it so she could write it down for my mom. After Ginny left, I asked my mom for a copy and she said, "Have mine. I'll never make this again." hahaha.

Ingredients

• 1 Pre-made deep-dish pie crust
• 6 eggs
• 1 c salsa
• 3 c cheddar cheese
• 1 c milk
• 1 1/2 c tortilla chips, broken
• 1 12.5 oz can chicken breast
