Prep time: 2 minutes
Cook time: 45 minutes/15minutes at 350* F
Yields:
Heat oven to 350* F.
Peel loose papery skins off garlic and slice top of each head (pointy end) so that flesh is exposed.
Arrange in a baking dish or garlic baker and drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with herbs.
Cover with foil or baker lid and bake about 45 minutes.
Remove cover and continue baking for about 15 minutes until garlic is soft and golden.
Cool before serving.
